TERMS AND
CONDITIONS
1) A deposit has to be
given for each foal
or horse chosen. In order for us to hold that
foal or horse for
you.
2)
We have to
receive the deposit within 10 days
from the time we say it is yours.
Or such said foal, foals
or horse
will be resold. 3) Payment in
full is due on
pickup.No
Exceptions. The deposit will be deducted. 4) The
deposit
is non refundable, unless such said foal or horse is undeliverable. 5)
We will notify you of any blemishes,
illness, etc. and at your discretion you
the buyer may refuse such
said foal or horse. Your deposit will be refunded. 6)
All
registered foals will have their applications sent away as soon as
possible.
We will then
forward the registration papers along
with a
signed transfer. 7)
It is the buyers responsibility
to transfer the foal or horse. 8) We
like to
wean in 2 sets one at the beginning of September and the other
before September
24. 9)
All foals
over 90 days have to be weaned by September 24 and picked up. Or
there will be a
charge for feed unless prior arrangements
have been made.
10) All
foals or horses entering the United States need a negative coggins, health & export papers.
At the Buyers
Expense. You
may contact us for
ports of entry and the
cost involved. 11) All foals or horses leaving
Saskatchewan need to be Brand
Inspected.
